Lakewood, NJ — The LBA is teaming up with The Rothenberg Law Firm LLP and the Lakewood Police Department to host a high‑energy Community Safety Event on Saturday, February 15, from 3:00–7:00 p.m. at Lakewood High School. All are welcome, this event is for the entire community, not just LBA players.

Designed to make safety engaging and memorable, the event features interactive stations including Adrenaline Boost, Impairment Goggles, Scooter & Helmet Safety, Find the Offender, a Fingerprinting Station, and Basketball Skills. Families will learn practical tips from law enforcement and community partners while kids and teens enjoy hands‑on activities, demos, and giveaways.

Special Feature: Free complimentary copies of “Jewish Driving” will be available while supplies last. The book offers a concise, practical guide to safer roads rooted in values of responsibility, respect, and community awareness, making it a perfect take‑home resource to reinforce lessons from the event.

“We’re excited to bring Lakewood together for a fun afternoon that builds real‑world safety habits,” said an LBA spokesperson. “Thanks to our partners at The Rothenberg Law Firm and the Lakewood Police Department, attendees will leave more confident and better prepared.”
